Poll: Thermostats for multiple tubs
I'm getting 2 new snakes in a week or so and will be QT'ing them in tubs. I'm pretty sure I want to use a herpstat, but herein lies the question. I'll most likely use this t'stat for a rack when I get one and would rather have as few t'stats as possible. So would I be better off getting 1 regular herpstat if the tubs I'm heating are the same size with the same size flexwatt in the same shelf of a shelving unit or a herpstat II?

Re: Poll: Thermostats for multiple tubs
You can use one thermostat for both tubs, so long as they are set up heat tape wise exactly the same. ( no other electrical heating devices added)

Re: Poll: Thermostats for multiple tubs
The single T-stat will work for your application, but since we all know Ball Pythons are addictive you may be better off getting a Herpstat Pro which is a 4 T-stat in one package with all the features you will ever need. With this you could power 4 different size racks or 4 differently set up enclosures.

Or get the Herpstat II that can power two different sources
