I've had more than a few Bci and Bcc get over ten feet. I've also had surinames that had smaller heads than you might expect.

Bci and Bcc can interbreed. It is done regularly in captivity and occasionally in the wild. Both species are found in the same area of Colombia, Suriname, and maybe Guiana, though I am not positive on the last.

There is also a species from Bolivia so if you wish to go by the previously posted list, that country should be added.

It just isn't so. It may not happen often, it may be typical, but when anyone says a certain thing is ONLY one way, I have to question that person's actual knowledge as opposed to how much of an expert the consider themselves to be.
