I *love* that cage!! Definately something I will have to look into when I eventually get a boa (and it gets big enough). If you were building them, I'd be interested for sure!

Lost already beat me to it, but how big are the snakes that you put in there? It looks like they go in there fairly young b/c the size of the hides and the shelves. Can they still fit on those shelves when they are older and bigger?

The boa that occupies that cage went into it when he was about 5 ft. There's no size limit to upgrade cages. You'll know just from looking at your boa in the old cage.

All that flair was in there for about 4 months. I took it all out to aid in more room for the snake. The shevles are still there. The L braces that hold them are tested up to 100lbs.
