I've run into a few problems like that, and developing Gerry Guerra's site of ssscales.com. A lot of the stuff I've added such as .PNG format images, and the onMouseOver scripts I typed up for it had a very difficult time displaying in older browsers like IE 6.0, but newer, more up to date browsers had no difficulty what so ever displaying them. I'd shoot Nate here a PM. He's helped me the entire way through getting into programming....which has been pretty difficult since I'm so stuck on photography and metallurgy LOL.
