If looking for a vet for herps - www.herpvetconnection.com (there are other listings as well)

Re: eYE pROBLEM
ok she has a vet already but before i take her does it look seriously bad i mean she can still see and she seems not to care....can that skin that is over her eye get caught on the cap and be strecthing the skin and that is causing the problem?

Re: eYE pROBLEM
None of us are vets and we can't see the snake in real time. It would be really irresponsible for any of us to make a diagnosis or to suggest any course of action other than to get the snake to a qualified vet and have it checked out thoroughly
Glad you have an appointment and hope to read about the follow-up!

recessed is more likely to mean that the flesh around the eye is swollen and puffy, and kinda swallowing the eye a little as a result. If you go to the vet, please tell us what they say as I've been noticing something similar on one of my snakes, but it's not getting worse or affecting her at all (in fact i was sure i was just hallucinating before now, but maybe i'm not).
