Here you are saying they are wired wrong inside the womb (which if it's true means that something happened to them at a stage of their lives for which they can not be held accountable) and then saying they deserve to have horrible things happen to them as a result of what they've done, which again may not be due to any of their own wrongdoing (leading up to this point).Originally Posted by filly77
I'm not trying to say that no one should be held accountable, but it must be taken in to consideration that not everyone has the same cards dealt to them in life. You have to wonder what happened to this person to make what they did seem like a good idea at the time. No one wants to empathize with a killer or child molester, but that;s why there is an amendment barring cruel and unusual punishment.. even if it's not fully recognized/enforced.
