$30,000 a year!
I just figured out I pay $30,000 a year for my mortgage, property tax on the house and the insurance on the house.
No wonder I'm always broke!

I've got the new house in Ohio (mortgage only $1250 and still am paying $2,874 a month ($34,488 a year) for a house in FL for dead beat renters to live in. Thats $49,488 a year for me, I know how you feel. ANYONE WANT A HOUSE IN FL????????????

Well, we don't own a house for a reason.
Rent, less than 1000 a month with heat completely free.

Well, you can pay a mortgage, and eventually own a house. Or you can pay rent, which may cost less, but you never have anything to show for it. At least with paying a mortgage you will have a chance to get some of the money back if you decide to sell.

Yours too, huh?
I lived home all through college - it was great just getting to save up money.
He told me I had to pay rent there or get my own place and pay rent... I figured as long as I was paying the money might as well have my own place... and I could get a Ball Python to boot.
