Central American boas don't know that they aren't allowed to cross borders...Many "central americans" that come from various central american countries will look similar, and many will look different.

So it could be a true nicaraguan, or it may be a true el salvadorian... no way to tell for sure unless you know where its parents / grandparents or whatever were collected
That said, it does look very nicaraguan to me
