i would wait till the females are fat as can be. breeding takes alot out of them, especially if they retain sperm. i haven't had leo's do that, my r. ciliatus have. but i used to give my females butterworms, pinkies, fattening stuff. and dust the food too. they can be prone to metobolic bone disease. make sure their tales are real super thick. and thank you 4 reminding me of the hamburg show. i missed the last few and desperatley need rats and male T's. but god knows what i will end up. you know how that goes!
