Congrats, we just adopted a small/young BP as well from a nice family, but not a snake family. They had no idea that their new family member could live up to 20-30 years, and had to eat rodents. They don't even like snakes...

Now Micky is where he should be.

BC22 - Good karma to you for the rescue. The BP looks to be in fairly good shape given the conditions it grew up in. Is it missing a few scales on the L/H side of it's head?

Thanks a lot. I think he's missing those scales, yes, but I didn't check them after his shed, so I'll do a double on it later tonight and see if they are still missing, or if it was just a glaring bad previous shed.
