    Van ness litter pans

Anyone use these for mice? I plan on building a 40 tub mice breeding rack and don't want to find out they chew through these tubs. My colony doesnt have any chewers so that should help. Also does anyone on here no where I can find these tubs cheap? And how big a group do you think I could keep in the small size ones?

I use them, I've done so for almost 2 years now and no chewing problem.

I house 2 females per tubs and have the male rotate through them.

    I buy them from Walmart.

Wouldn't it seem weird to buy 40 tubs at wal mart?

Even if it does it does not bother me, after all I pay for them so whatever they might think is not my problem

I also buy my snake tubs from target and walmart (and I don't buy 1 at the time either )

I use the small for my mice, you can buy the concrete mixing tubs from lowes for $1 and hold more mice in them. Then you can use each tub for Mice/ASF/Rats and not just mice.
