Finally!!! The super black pastel pied pics!!!!!!

I dont understand why the pics were removed by Dr.Del.... Photobucket is a tool used to post pics on the web. If you wanted them to not be displayed to the public then you could limit their access via photobucket.

Those pictures were not on a "pivate" photobucket account. They werent hotlinked off of a private server. If they were on a private server I wouldnt of linked to them.

I think those pics need to be posted back up.

You do not understand and it is very regretable since it was explained to you a few times already via PM.

We do not allow pictures belonging to someone else to be posted without proper credits

You posted pictures that

A# Did not belong to you

B# Were hotlinked from a Photobucket account that does not belong to you either, account of a former member that is indeed private (I check myself )

Finally when it comes to copyright

The copyright in the work of authorship immediately becomes the property of the author who created the work.

In other words at the moment the picture is taken it becomes copyrighted material.

In no way do you need to place a copyright mark on a picture for this picture to be copyrighted material.

Because a picture is posted online on a website or a photoserver in no way does this mean that you are allowed to use it, or reproduced without express written permission of the owner.

Now for future reference I would highly recommend you to make yourself familiar with our TOS http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/a...t.php?f=89&a=9 to avoid further problem.

Do we know that his is how they will all look?

Sounds like people are assuming they will all be high white. Considering the variability in pieds and the white distribution... never know, the next one could be black with a patch of white...

I hope the combo will have some that are not so high white too. Maybe the super cinny/pied will be less high white(hey, I can hope!)

I highly doubt it. Which makes him in violation of even your rules.

Third, like I pointed out to Dr Del, instead of removing the pictures... We could of given the person holding the PUBLIC server account on photobucket with the pictures the proper credit and still left the pictures up for everyones benefit.

Bp net members would of benefitted in the long run. Instead they were removed and bpnet members lost.

I am done going in circles with this... If you guys want to bite your nose off to spite your face so be it...

The rest of your post makes no sense for reasons I will explain for the last time.

The person on photobucket did not own the rights to the pictures - as you have been told time and time again.

Bp.net members lost precisely nothing.

The pics are available for those who are willing to join the site the owner of the photographs chose to post them on - and have been since before the ones in your post were removed.

I never denied that I violated the terms. I never ment too. What I ment to do was share with bpnet the cool pics.

Dr. Del jumped the gun and removed the pics imho. We could of ammended the post and gave credit and bpnet members could of saw the pics.

If I paint a painting I own the copyright to that image... someone takes a photo of it.. they own the copyright to that image not me... I paint a painting of that photo... then I own the copyright...

Snake... painting... photo... it is all the same.
