Mantid, want to ID?

This guy(girl) was at work out back. There's a patch of grass or five.. and woods just across the parking lot. It did take a swipe at the boss's dog, but she liked it so much, she wouldn't let anyone bother it.



Anyone want to ID this beauty?

Without it being here, hard for a hard ID, but I would say probably Stagmomantis carolina Female.

It was about 4 inches head to "tail". Does that help?
