Or, you could just figure the snake has gone a month, much as it may well have in the wild, and is now ready to eat two or three, I'd stick with two if it's only 12", pinks at a time.
There was no loss of digestive enzymes, no real stress, just a month without food in the fall. No biggie for an other wise healthy snake.
I wouldn't feed more than two every five days though, even weekly would be ok.
But, like I said and as was posted above, one a week is also fine.
