I could be wrong but it looks like she is re-growing the front left leg after losing it.
It looks thinner and less hairy?

Yep! She loses her leg every molt, for who knows why. Her humidity is perfect, as well as her temperatures. She isn't under much stress as well. The only time shes bothered is during feeding/cleaning...hence, 7 legged freak
