Poor fellas. Have seen worse, it appears the owner knows a little, but a little knowledge can sometimes be a bad thing. Poor husbandry for sure. If you rescue them, I would put in seperate tanks, and have fecal samples done. Make sure to look for mites, scars and examine the cloaca and make sure it is clean and not swollen. Skin folds would be a bad sign. Clear eyes and a flicking tongue would be a good sign. For their sake I hope you rescue them.
