Hello all. I have a ~6 month old BP (female I think) who I've been feeding 2 hoppers every 5 days. Does she seem too fat? This is 2 days after her last feeding and she hasn't pooped in ~2/3 weeks.
Thanks!
You could try soaking her in warm water for a bit and see if that helps her release.

Hoppers are pretty small for a 6 months old BP, I would recommend you to go up in size.
Hatchling BP are generally started on hoppers and quickly move to adult mice.
After for the famous poop question , there is no set schedule it varies according to prey size, feeding frequency, whether the animal is growing or not etc.
In my opinion, if you feed more than once a week, you are feeding to often/frequent regarldess of the species.

These 2 hoppers, are they in one sitting or 2 within 5 days? Either way, if you are finding that you have to feed two meals, I recommend bumping up to the next prey size. A snake of that age would do just fine on a 7-10 day regimen.
