    question on found enclosure items

    Hey all,

First off, I did a search for this and found nothing. But then again I am the worst search engineer ever. I found some driftwood and want to use it in an enclosure. My question is some of it is too big to bake, is there any other way to disinfect it? And also I heard you should bake it at 200 degrees for an hour wrapped in tin foil, is this correct? Thanks in advance.

From what I understand putting it in untreated is not bad at all. You may have the odd bug in there but noting that will harm your snakes. You could always spray it with a bleach/water mix or whatever you use to clean you enclosures..
