Re: Need help to identify my new ball python

I think some of you are contributing shed colors to morph colors. Not everything with a cool pattern is a set 'morph'.

Looks like a cool captive hatched normal. Breed it and see if it proves out to be something, before that it's just an interesting normal.

Well it's definitely an interesting looking snake . I think the only way you could show for sure that it is a morph or not is to try and prove it out breeding wise . Is it a male or a female? I too would love to see some post shed pictures.

Looks more like a Granite Stripe after seeing that pic. I stick by my first assesment, no way thats a normal. And if it is you are a lucky man because that's a great looking snake.

    It is a Male.

I am sorry to put the term "Morph" in my question, my question should :

"I would like to appreciate if any member of this forum willing to share/discuss their knowledge to identify my new ball python in term of patternwise and colorwise".

It's a normal. A normal with a nice body stripe. You see a bunch of CH babies for sale in the classifieds every summer that look like him. He's very pretty though.

Re: Need help to identify my new ball python

I have been wanting a CH that looks like this, I really love the stripe and the funky alien heads. Its not a proven morph, but I cant really say its for sure a normal.... I have seen some like that on Kingsnake for sale for $800 or more....nice snake hope it proves out for you

Re: Need help to identify my new ball python

The first snake looks similar to the SK Toffee Ball, that did NOT prove genetic...however, I would definately breed him to a nice Pastel, and see what happens. Take him to a normal too.

I like the look, and wish you luck.
