There are 3 species of bloods:
p. brongersmai (bloods, reds)
p. breitensteini (borneos)
p. curtus (blacks)

With brongersmai generally being the largest, and curtus generally being the smallest. Color is not an entirely accurate way to tell the difference. I have red, yellow, and brown brongersmais.
