    My pets need new homes

I love my two snakes very much and they curently have their own room (called the snake room) where they quietly live without any disturbances. I am pregnant though, and as happy as I am to be having a baby, that unfortunately means that my snakes will have to give up their room to the new baby. I don't have any space in the rest of the house to keep their cages. Also, this is my first baby, and the baby is going to be so much work in its own, that I don't think I will have the time or energy to properly care for my pets.

Re: My pets need new homes

Sorry you are having to give them up but totally understandable. Would love to adopt them but I live on the other side of the country. Hope you find a good home.

If you can't find a home have you considered moving them into a smaller housing setup? I've kept 8 BPs in a rack I made from an old book case and sterilite tubs that I kept in a small bedroom closet (easier to heat). It won't solve the time issue but it might help solve the space issue.

I think you're doing the right thing. Down the road when your child is older you may be able to get back into them again and have it be something you both can share and enjoy. Hope you can find them a good home
