Rat Question
I just recently bought 2 rats, one is a 6month old female the other is about a 3 month old male. The male is showing lots of interest in the female but she keeps pushing him around and getting ontop of him. Any suggestions?

It's probably just her trying to gain dominance over him. Is she much bigger than he is?

Re: Rat Question
Is she just grooming him? I wouldnt worry so much about it. Females go into heat every 5 days. When she does, the male will get it done. He'll follow her around, she may squeal and make a big loud fuss, but he'll eventually win her over.

Yep, that's about the extent of it!
Does he groom himself after? That's something I noticed about my boys, they always want to look good for the next lady!
