male breeder
If I were to pick up a breeder size 07 male do you think he would breed for me this year? I know balls take a while to get acclimated, that's why I'm asking.

Re: male breeder
He might he might not depends on the animal.

He probably would, but you'd have to think about quarantine issues. Best to play it safe when it comes to the health of your beloved pets.

The only exception to this would be if you had bought two snakes from the same breeder and they came in together and would be in quarantine together or you had two snakes that due to space limitation were stuck in quarantine together anyway.
One other thing I may consider is if the snake is coming from a well known breeder such as NERD, RDR... or one that you have had several dealings with before and had "everything" turn out good I may break quarantine rules by moving the female I was going to breed him with into the same quarantine as him, but the snake would have to be fully checked out by a Vet first and include a fecal test. Ultimately though a new snake arrival should not be in the same room for at least a month and on the safe side I would do 3 months.

Re: male breeder
Maybe, maybe not, there is no guaranty that an animal will breed even if proper size, also remember that you should observe a strict 90 days quarantine before before introducing him to any of your females.
