    The Masked is considered a high white rat. To be on the safe side, if you plan on breeding, I'd breed her to a self male.

    Generally speaking, if you breed a high white to a self, you aren't going to have an issue with megacolon unless the self is recessive for high risk, high white. After seeing dozens of litters of Megacolon rats, I'm was on the safe side and always bred high white lines that are considered low risk for megacolon.
