where are the infraction points

where are the infraction points? I found it usefull to see everyones infractions points.

1.) if someone had a lot of points and were acting troll like... I would just leave it alone because I know the Mods are handling the situation...

2.) Public display of your infraction points itself was a form of disciplin. Nobody wants others to see they have infraction points.... that simple fact enforces the terms of service more then anything else.
