I use Mazuri 6f. I give the Lettuce once a week and a cuttlebone [(Bird Section)for Calcium]. I am going to start getting seeds next week.

The only type of lettuce that should be given to rodents should be a dark green leaf like kale, spinach, collard greens. No iceberg and I would go so far as to say to not give romain lettuce either. They'll get runny stinky stool that offers little nutritional value.

They do seem to love carrots, tomatos, bananas and a few other melons like cucumber, honey dew and the like.

They shouldn't get too many fatty seeds like sunflower seeds, peanuts etc. It WILL make their coats very greasy and yellow. It should be a treat.

I think Rabernet has the right idea giving the cockatiel feed that is mixed with a few seeds.
