Has anyone heard of the Tribal?
Well, this is a morph that I have never even heard of, Tribal. Has anyone heard of it before?
Here is a Tribal Carmel Albino,http://forums.kingsnake.com/view.php?id=1608986,1608986

I saw pics a while back ... you'd be surprised at the stuff out there that no one has ever heard of ... there's a lot.

Wow that is a very cool looking animal. I know the guy said that it's not kinked but it definitely looks like it's got a kink about 3/4 of the way down the back. Sad if it does because it is such a nice animal. Not that they can't live with it (saw a video from RDR of some very badly kinked caramels that are very healthy otherwise) it just seems like a painful thing for the animal.

It's nose looks messed up too. I kind of think it is dead in the pic. It is a great looking snake though.

Kinda OT, but kinks aren't necessarily painful. They can be debilitating---in that the behavior of the snake has to change---but not painful.
The only reason I know is because I own a boa that is completely kinked all down her body. She has been vet-checked, she eats great (albeight a little differently than other boas), can get around fine (once she untangles herself) and is the sweetest animal I've ever had the pleasure to care for.
Just thought I'd share

Re: Has anyone heard of the Tribal?
Its an interesting animal but I agree with John it looks dead -- it does appear to have a few kinks as well as the misshapen head -- if it is dead there is a good chance that it's color or pattern wasn't developed full by the time it died. Guess we will have to see if more pictures come - I hope so.

Re: Has anyone heard of the Tribal?
It may be an optical illusion due to the pattern, but the heads of the other "tribals" he posted look a little wonky as well. And I have to say, I was surprised that the OP didn't protest when folks said it looks dead. He came back and said, "no kinks"...but he never came back and said, "Dead?!? What are you talking about???" Maybe he just logged off before those comments were posted and hasn't seen 'em yet?

Re: Has anyone heard of the Tribal?
Yeah, it does have quite a few deformitties but it still looks rather nice. Someone else mentioned that it had a snout deformity that is similar to the super black pastel and super cinny snout deformity.

Re: Has anyone heard of the Tribal?
I actually don't think the snake looks dead... if it were I don't think its tail could stay in that position without being supported from the side closest to the camera. I think the head looks kind of like a "preemie" head, and at first I thought the body looked kinked... until I looked through some of my hatchling photos and found one where the angle of the photo made my snake looked kinked as well, but in all reality it is not at all.
