Let's see . . .

The stock market and my 401K tanking has me stressed.

Picking the lesser of two evils for President is giving me insomnia.

Lack of sleep is making me a raving witch at work so I'm not making any friends here . . .

Now, take a deep breath and think of happier times . . . .Everything is going to be just fine

You people have problems. I get up, go to work, come home, take care of my snakes and do some web work, eat dinner, go to sleep, rinse and repeat.

Everything else doesn't matter to me, I don't have control of it so really I don't care. And as far as US Fish and Wildlife goes...they can kiss my butt, I'd like to see them try to stop me from enjoying my hobby.

This is how I live my life. Stuff happens .. life goes on. I understand the people worrying and I am not saying that it is wrong to worry about your future, it's just not my style. I try to roll with the punches the best I can .. and hope for the best.

I was going to try to come up with something to say but AaronP said it all for me. Anytime I think I'm getting ahead, life smacks me in the face. I spent $1600 last week fixing a gas leak in my yard. I thought the $18 a month I pay the gas company extra each month for "insurance" would cover it but guess what, it didn't. Hey, what am I going to do?

Just like AaronP said, go to sleep, get up the next morning and start all over!

Yeah... i go on and live my life but My life is fast paced and stressful!!!! I am a 3-d Animator and it is HARD!!!! on top of going to School no less. Your lives must be pretty boring/easy IMO cause in my life nothing ever slows down. I don't have 5 min to even catch my breath. I love my life but there is nothing wrong with wishing that it was a little more relaxed. I wish I could just go through my day not being hounded for my work. How are you guys not worried about this stock market crash???? I'm only 18 and I am freaking out!

No one likes to lose money regardless of your age. Be thankful that you're not 68 trying to cash in on your 401k/savings plan.

It's nice to see someone 18 taking an interest in their future. Good for you.

The others are right . . . worrying/stressing doesn't make it get any better.

I know like I said I love my life so its not that bad. I do get up and go get them everyday but its ok for your life to be stressful if you are diagnosed with anxiety disorder

Take this from someone who has Bipolar Depression and an extreme Anxiety Disorder... the ONLY thing that's stopped all my symptoms (not even medication would do this) is Yoga.

stress is related to 99% of all illness

I've been caught in a good-news/bad-news situation lately.

Good News: All that pain and illness I've been having...solved!
Bad News: All the foods I love are off limits for the rest of my life

Good News: Getting ready to take a sabbatical from work to develop some new business areas
Bad News: with the market tanking, I might not be able to afford it and need to go out and find a new job PRONTO!

Overall though, I thank my lucky stars every day for the great life I have
