It looks nice. The only thing I can say it, you shouldn't rely on a heat lamp as your main heat source.
I don't think it matters. It's not like he could use a UTH in a viv like that. So long as the snake has the proper, consistent ambient temps and a warmer spot to bask in when it wishes...it's all good.
That thing is gonna be the biggest pain to clean ever. Newspaper baby, newspaper. You're gonna hate that waterfall and rock thing in three weeks tops. lol
LOL...maybe...maybe not. Some people love taking care of things and don't mind the extra effort of maintaining something so beautiful.
I will have to say that has to be one of the coolest looking terrariums I ever seen though. I wish I could make mine look that good and also be easy to clean. There's pros and cons to everything though.

Hopefully another one soon!
How do you go about changing the water? Do you have to pull the whole gravel pan and pump system out for every change?
I scoop water out of the glass dish untill the pump runs the sump dry and then just refill. It holds about 2 quarts and is constantly filtered through 15 lbs of gravel.
Putting a layer of activated carbon or zeolite (like for aquarium filters) in the gravel could help absorb any waste the BP may decide to excrete into the water.
