Im not really a "little dog" kind of person... But the shot of the fuzzy little guy in the snow is great!!! Won my vote!

I am curious... I can't find any rule breakdowns anywhere...But is there any kind of stipulation about altering images in photoshop?? I am assuming no?

And you're right...the only photoshopping allowed is resizing, cropping, basic frame, and certain kinds of watermarks. (Unless otherwise stated in some specific POTM theme)

Sometimes a photo can be so exceptionally framed and lighted and actual filters used on the camera that will make it look 'shopped. When we're in doubt, we'll ask the photographer before validating the image.
