That's a scary post. I have a video where a gentleman who was a cop, military prosecuter and a federal prosecuter says that any cop can find a reason to pull someone over, usually within following them for less than one block. There are hundreds of things a person can do that is considered a violation. So unless you have never driven a car, you have most likely broken some law every time you got behind the wheel. Feel free to turn yourself in for your jail time at your earliest convenience.
im not saying everyone deserves to be in jail, thats seriously taking it to the extreme, have i "broken" the law? Yes, I have been in accidents that were "my fault" i have speeding tickets, exc, AND even if they had flicked a cigarette butt they wouldve also been smoking illegally... BUT if you are 16 driving after cerfew the officer cant allow you to leave and continue to drive after cerfew therefore yes, you should go to jail... the cop couldve been nice and let the kid who wasnt illegally out drive home but we also dont know what the whole scenario was. you have no idea if these kids mouthed off, had drugs, weapons, exc... Should you go to jail for every violation? No but fess up when your doing something wrong and either serve you time, pay the fine, exc. Dont whine about cops doing their job...
