Re: Contrast tastes?
I just like bold bright colors . Its really hard for me to part with some of my Albino Females.... Bright colored Morphs and more of the same. Ive seen some pale colored Albinos with alot of Pink colors in them. I like those types of pale Albinos also. But the plain faded light yellow albinos are at the bottom for Me,but thats JMO.

I personally used to like the faded ones a lot, but i've begun to enjoy the high contrast as of recent. The new designer albino's wouldn't be nearly as impressive if they weren't so bright.

From what I've seen from some adult lavenders, the poor man's albino doesn't look so poor after a year or two

Re: Contrast tastes?
This is our girl that was bought as a normal everyday Albino. She has the colloring I like. The person we bought her from says High contrast and low contrast are nothing more than marketing names.

Our picky little boy was actually stated as High Contrast in the add he was initially sold in. We got him from the buyer as that buyer was not happy with the contrast and didn't think he was high contrast. If compared with my female he really isn't High contrast.

With what I have seen in various adds I would say the only real high contrast Albinos are the ones with black back mixed in. Otherwise I say High and Low contrast is nothing more than marketing names when talking a base Albino.

Beautiful female you have there...But I have to respectfully disagree...Albinos come is all different shades from piss yellow to dark orange...I have produced some super light yellows and super dark oranges over the years...I have females that have held their color and some that are so faded they look like a Joliff Snow...IMO - The darker yellow/orange Albionos are high contrast...

I believe that post is what sparked this poll. I had seen a couple real low contrasts in the past but I wasn't sure how I felt about it now that I saw it again. I must say though I dont really like the dark dark orange ones. The really bright yellow ones are where I would go.
