When you are not busy at work do you not gather with some of your work buddies and shoot the s**t. Or maybe check out the net.
Well, sure. But if these cops are doing so while they are on duty (i.e. while my tax dollars are paying them!), that is what irritates me.

And it doesn't take 3 squad cars to do surveillience. Its kinda like, why would I pay 3 people to change a light bulb when only one person is required to do the job?
