What ever feels comfortable to you is perfect to them. well, if you like normal temps that is If it is too hot I find they lay down alot and do not do well.

For most rodents, you don't want to go over the high 70's. I have a rotating fan set on a timer to be on for 15 minutes off for 30 in front of the rodent area in the summer to keep it 75 and under.
Too cold for them, I believe, would also be too cold for us. So unless they are in an uninsulated garage you shouldn't have to worry about cold.

I have a small outside building that I was going to insulate and put my rodents in, I will put a small heater inside but dont know which temps to keep them at.
ASF's are different then the mice and rats... I kept my ASF's in my garage all summer. Temps got up to 95 degrees. had no issues. remember... they are from Africa!!!
