What all do you keep track of?

Could someone post a template of a card they use? I would love one!

I don't use cards. I use those steno tablets of paper and each snake has their own. This way, I'm not keeping track of a million loose cards for one snake nor do I have index card boxes stacked up! Spiral steno pads do the job nicely for me

I had checked out keeping track of things via an on-line program, but writing things down is far easier for me and uber accessible whenever I need it.
