Ya, it's not so bad here whrn they turn the electricity off, which happens quite often. Like yesterday the municiple workers turned all the water off for our town, because they were on strike.
But ya, I figured since ball pythons were from other african countries with similar climates that heating and humidity wouldn't as hard as it is for you guys to reproduce.
