    Enchi versus Pastel

So, for some of you that have been following my blog, I hatched out this animal a couple of weeks ago.

She was a PASTEL when she hatched, then gradually became an ENCHI.

    How does this happen?

    Mystery clutches!!!

I had no idea, and seeing as how she was my first Enchi (and only) to hatch out, I assumed it was a Pastel at first.

Even some people who came to my house who shall remain nameless said "That's a Pastel"

    Nope.

    It's an Enchi

    Which one is it?

    Re: Enchi versus Pastel

if genetic doesn't apply to this animal and there was no enchi parents, may be it's just a pastel that have enchi apparance but nothing genetic.

Looks like you will have to prove/test it's genetic

I have an Enchi male, and he was a possible sire to the clutch, so I think I'm pretty solid on the genetics. But yes, I will have to test its genetics just like everything else...
