ok i took out my male ball tonight and noticed he was drooling alot. i know this could be a respitory problem. we took him out and quarentined him from the rest just in case. my girl is taking him to the vet in the morning while im at work. i just want to know what yall think. could it be a change in temp. help i have had him for years he is not for breeding but i do love him dearly.

Re: sick snake!!!
Putting him in quarantine immediately and having the vet look at him tomorrow was the best and most immediate thing you could have done. Good for you! Keep him quiet and warm overnight and see what the vet has to say tomorrow. Please let us know how it went.

Keep us updated and be sure he doesnt get over heated in the box with the heating pad on it....
Unless I just have it pictured wrong in my head....
Make sure he can thermoregulate....
Not trying to sound like a konw it all but to me that just sounds unsafe....
Sorry if I am just dumb on the subject

Are you sure it was drool? I remember someone on here saying sometimes if you pick them up right after they drink water will dribble out.
