My big peeve when visiting some websites is old info.......updating items for sale etc is very important to me. I hate to visit a site and see the newest update about a year ago or longer!

This will not be the first website I have built. With the others sites I built, that has helped a lot with traffic and keeping people coming back.

If I go to site that hasn't been updated is a while, I usually assume the people running the site don't care, and I never come back.
