    Re: Stargazing?

yeah, i kind of figured i was freaking out about nothing. it was just the strangest thing i've ever seen her do. she was literally in the same position for a little over 3 hours last night before i went to bed, and in the same position wheni woke up. the only time she has stayed in the same position that long, she has been in her hide

    thanks for the help/concern

i have been feeding her a small rat every week. i'm not too sure on her weight. i dont have any type of scale. the only thing i have is an old school scale in the bathroom with the needle, not even digital.

i've thought about going to medium rats, but they seem a little larger in diameter than my snake, so i haven't tried them yet. would 2 small rats work?

she has always been a strong eater, and i have never really had any problems. the only time she didn't eat right away was after i first got her and i had a couple people watching.

Wow, that is kind of cute like a puppy looking at its food bowel after it ate, like "where is the food" inocently not knowing its in his belly.

Two small rats will be more mass than one medium. Do you know the gram size of the rats you are feeding? My biggest females (around 1500g) only get an 80g rat per week.
    Maybe I'm underfeeding????
