A Few Pics From White Plains..

For a much more positive note!!

This guy is an incredibly tame Savannah Monitor. I scratched is head and neck for probably ten minutes. His eyes were closed in what looked like primitive reptile ecstasy. LOL.

This guy sells stunning leos. I told him I'm annoyed that he never identifies genetics or prices on the displays so I have to point 20 times and ask what's that, how much, what's that, how much. Said he doesn't have enough time. Whatever! He doesn't concur. Ah well.

I have an issue. I'm falling deeply in love with beardies. DEEPLY. Jamie is not happy about this. Neither is my disgust for the smell of cricket crap. LOL Here is my future lover.

I will never stop staring at Angolans.

On a related note, I wish I had gotten a picture of the Bredlis pythons I was handling, which have a striking resemblance in pattern although they're a complete different species. They're gorgeous.

This beautiful little tangerine gecko was born with an eye deformity. It's more apparent in the second picture. She is able to open it, but it's difficult and most of the time it remains mostly shut. It looks almost like two eyelids formed instead of one. I spoke at length to the breeder about her, and took these pictures at first because I was interested in what deformities I may encounter in my breeding. He was looking for someone who might want to keep her as a pet without the intention of breeding. I offered to take her. She's beautiful, sweet, and healthy. And I can't help it. I have a soft spot for misfits.

SUPER hot stripe. Believe this was at the Luxurious leopards table, where I bought several geckos

Can you ever resist stopping at staring? Don't lie.

Phil, Robbin, and I at the table.

Rodney and I. This looks a lot like a prom pose for some reason.

    Me and Jamies

    Choke out the Jamies!

    Fun photos, Amy!

I had a terrific time at the show, and must've peeked at your booth, as I was there 'most all day. Were you guys next door to Rodney? Was that Phil he was gesturing at when he and I briefly discussed ASF?

Jamie and I actually just sat at the table with Rodney. I bailed, walked around for several hours with all the cash we brought in my back pocket, and bought nice stuff.

And yeah hondo you should have gone if you hadn't
