4 days is a good rest, but a little long for the pairing ... if the male don't get r done in 24 hours, the two additional days won't help at all.
If you're not planning on pairing the males up with the girls until October 1st or November 1st, throw the shed away ... and I wouldn't even worry about sheds until you start pairing up to see what happens ... there's a really good chance that you won't need to do anything with sheds.
Remember, it's a long breeding season ... no need to get anxious .. you have lots of time to figure stuff out.
