    A shed will measure longer than the actual length of the snake.

    Sheds typically measure 4" longer, with some being more some less, than the snake itself.

    A more accurate way of measuring snake length is to find that software that measures them in a picture with something of known length with them...or to let them slither through something long and straight and see how much is left outside.

    I have a male corn (unknown age) that is 995g and about 5 feet long. He's just a monster lol.

    Those 4" longer are specific to corns ? at what age ?

    Because I donīt know about specifics in corn shed, but I think itīs better to discount % than inches. IMO if you discount around 15% of the shedīs lenght you should probably get close to the snakeīs actual lenght
