RANT!!! Why don't the Ball Gods like me???

Alright, I want to preface this by saying I am not upset by hatching out anything... I am grateful that they are all alive and beautiful.

Well!!!

I had a big clutch from my really light female to my Bell Line Pastel. The ONLY clutch of pastels I wanted to do, to see how yellow I could get this particular line of animals. They do NOT fade out at the top, but turn a nice buttery yellow. Not vibrantly yellow out of the egg, but they look sweet, and I plan on working them into some cool looking projects.






Yeah..


So I get NINE eggs! YAY!!!!

Cut them, OH MY GOODNESS, 8 pastels out of the egg, YAY!!!!






They hatched today.

8.1, 7.1 Pastels.


What DID I DO TO DESERVE THESE SEX ODDS????

I was really looking forward to having some females to play with...


I'm going to turn to the drink... This is getting ridiculous.

Don't worry it will even itself out in another clutch.

Seems like despite my awesome odds in one clutch -- I have less than awesome odds in the next -- to where it all washes out to even in the end.

Sorry you didn't get more girls but the boys are very nice looking indeed.
