    JLC's Daytona 08 ... The Place!

I can't post pictures of Daytona without including some of the spectacular scenery! These first pictures are the view that greeted me as I walked into my room at the Hilton.

Some sunrise pictures from my window on Monday morning as I'm getting ready to check out and say farewell to the beauty...

And last...but certainly not least...on Sunday afternoon, we had the privilege of watching a massive front of storms pass over...

This is what the sky looked like just minutes before...

Amazing photos Judy. I can't help but feel for that poor seabird just pottering along on the beach...then....WHAMMO big storm! Poor thing must have wondered what in the heck happened to his nice seaside stroll LOL.

Thanks, Jo! That little bird was funny! Would wander down the beach and then run back up really fast as a wave would come in. Every now and then the incoming wave would catch up to him. As soon as the water touched his feet, he would "PEEP!!" and run faster away from the water! Too cute!

Judy your pictures are amazing, some of them look like they'd belong in calenders about storms!

those photos are amazing.. my most favorite one is the 9th picture down. the storm cloud pictures are great. I agree.. they belong in a calender.
