    Ball Pythons in captivity
    The Ball Python manual
    The complete Ball Python
    just to name a few.
The Ball Python manual you should be able to find at any local chain pet store.
the other to you might find in a reptile shop or order online

Your welcome. I see that your in NYC. You should go to the White Plains reptile Expo next week. You'll find any snake book you could want there.

Yeah I was thinking about going to see all the different kinds of snakes that they have there. I still don't have my first ball python yet, there's store in Long Island called exotic reptiles and there selling normals for 45 he said, do you know if this is a good place? I have to go on the LIRR to Babylon.

If you have a major expo coming up you might want to wait and directly purchase there. You can ask around from some of our membership here from that area and I'm sure they'll direct you to a breeder there with a good reputation for selling healthy snakes (and steer you away from those that don't).

Re: Looking for a all around book about ball pythons

In my opinion only "The Complete Ball Python" by Kevin McCurley or "Ball Pythons of the World Vol 2" by VPI are worth owning. They are both relatively expensive and virtually impossible to find used. If you do want to buy a less expensive book you can buy almost any other ball python book used from www.amazon.com or for even less from www.alibris.com for as little as 99 cents plus shipping.
