    Is this unusual?

So I just noticed something very unusual [at least I think so] about my ball python, Asar... he has "horns" on both sides of his vent. Is that normal? They're just sticking out, and kind of red. O_o I've been searching for the past hour or so for information on this, but can't find anything. I would have posted a picture but my camera won't focus that close for some reason. I'll try to get a shot of it though. Ideas? Anyone?

Your ball python was sired by Satan.

Ok, maybe not.. What you actually have found are called anal spurs. Perfectly normal.

This is the best my camera can do with such a small area. You can see one of the "horns" I hope... It doesn't look as red in the picture though.

they are whats left of their what is believed to be prehistoric legs. Biodaes (spelling?) are ancient animals that have been around millions of years and supposedly had legs. so thats all thats left of the legs due to evolution.
hope this helps. And yes its 100% normal.
