Unhappy Help! Cali King not eating!

[I posted this in the Kingsnake thread, but it doesn;t get much views so I wanted to post it here too so I can hopefully get help!]

So I have had my Cali King for about 1.5 years now and he's never missed a meal.

That was about a month and a half ago. I am getting really worried. He refuses to eat and he seems afraid of food now, which is odd because he had the best feeding response I had ever seen in a snake!

I haven't changed anything in his cage and haven't changed any habits. I don't get it, there's nothing i'm doing different and he won't eat. I tried putting a blanket over his cage for a week to try and see if he was stressed, but still nothing. Tried a few different things like holding him alot more one week and then leaving him completely alone the next week, still nothing.

I cleaned his cage, clean his water every day, temps and humidity are perfect. He just refuses to eat! His nostrils are clear, no signs of infections or RI, he acts normal when I hold him and he's quite active in his cage, which is normal.

He just acts as if he's scared of the mice now. I don't know what else to do! Please help

    Hi,

What prey have you tried feeding him and how are you preparing/ presenting it?

It might give the readers some idea of what to try next.
