    NOOB Here

Hi... I'm Fred and I'm buying myself a regular male Ball Python for my 21st which is this month. I figured I should introduce myself.

Any advice will be a ppreciated. I've been doing alot of reading and reasearch about ball pythons so I know what's needed.

I am getting my python from RCReptiles.com, I figured it's the Closest breeder to NY that i could find, any opinions on Ron and RCReptiles.com?

Pick up a bit of reading on this caresheet.
Everything in it is important and should be followed as exact as possible! :]

    Good luck and welcome!

When you say NY I hope you don't mean NYC... NYC has a lot of laws against snakes, even pythons. :[

LOL... no I live in upper Westechester.

Thanks for the care sheet link. I can't decide between aspen, coconut husk(eco-earth), or cypress (zoo med forest floor betting). Any idea on what would be ideal?

    Re: NOOB Here

    Hi,

Make sure to have the tank set up and running for a week before hand to give you plenty of time to tweak and adjust.

That way as soon as he arrives everything is perfect and you can leave him to settle in for the first week without worrying things arent right.
