How freaky that you would start this thread today Emily! Mike and I were just talking this morning over coffee about how one of our females, Dori, has never changed back to her pre-breeding coloration (and she's shed more than once since). She went very little when she glowed and well, she's never darkened back up either.
I'll try to dig out pictures of her pre-breeding season, during glow and so forth.
Too funny! I was going to start this exact topic later today and see if anyone else has an odd won't-ever-stop-glowing girl too.
